All orders for Goods shall be subject to these Conditions. Any variation of these Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by PPBL. You agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We must receive full cleared payment for an order before we despatch the Goods. This applies to any BYDTWD merchandise. You can pay using credit card, debit card, or via PayPal. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won’t be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All consumer prices shown are inclusive of VAT at current rates however wholesale/trade customer pricing are shown exclusive of VAT. All prices shown are exclusive of Delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the Goods ordered and Delivery charges as set out in the Delivery and Returns section of our Website. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if there is a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. No contract will be formed unless and until BYDTWD accepts the Buyers order. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred when BYDTWD sends a confirmatory email to the Buyer, or if earlier BYDTWD despatches the Goods.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Our cancellation and return procedures are set out below.
Delivery of goods
We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for delayed Delivery caused by any third party. You specify the method (in certain circumstances) and address for Delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the Goods passes to you on Delivery. If you do require any information regarding your order(s) please read our Delivery and Returns information page of our Website. This also details how you can contact us with queries.
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. PPBL does not limit in any way its liability by law for death or personal injury caused from its own negligence or breach of duty.
We will issue refunds or exchanges as long as you notify us by email within seven (7) working days of Delivery. We will refund or exchange as long as we are satisfied the Goods are in a re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred. If we choose to send you replacement Goods in exchange before you have returned the original Goods you must return the original Goods within ten (10) days of receiving the replacement Goods. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement Goods to the payment card used for the original order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a returns reference number and give you instructions on how to return your Goods. (Your statutory rights are not affected)
